Service delivery timelines, deliverables, and milestones are agreed directly between the couple and vendor within each booking's contract.

These are recorded on the WedSpace platform at the time of booking and are visible to both parties in the Deal Room.

Timelines vary by service type — for example, an event service is delivered on the event date, while post-event deliverables such as edited photographs follow the schedule stated in the vendor's package.

Progress against each milestone is tracked within the WedSpace platform.

Both the couple and the vendor can view the agreed contract, milestone schedule, and payment status at any time from their dashboard.

Notifications are sent when a milestone becomes due, is marked complete, or when escrow funds are released.

After the event date, escrow funds are held for 7 days by default before automatic release, giving couples a window to confirm satisfactory delivery or raise a dispute.

This auto-release period may be adjusted by WedSpace from time to time; the period applicable to your booking is shown in your booking confirmation.

If service delivery does not match what was agreed, raise a dispute before the escrow hold period ends. The relevant escrow amount is frozen until the dispute is resolved.

WedSpace acts as an intermediary platform and is not a party to the service contract between the couple and the vendor.

The vendor is solely responsible for performing the booked services to the standard agreed in their contract.

WedSpace provides the escrow, contracting, and dispute resolution infrastructure that governs how payment follows delivery.
